However, nutrition is much more than simply counting calories or avoiding fatty foods. In fact, studies show that both of these activities can potentially create eating disorders.

Nutrition counselling has been proven to not only enhance physical health, but also mental wellbeing. In fact, nutrition counselling may actually be more effective at improving mental health than traditional therapy. However, since nutrition counselling is not accessible to everyone, WePlate scales the impact of dietitians through AI-generated meal plans. Just like how a clinical dietitian would guide clients along their healthy eating journey, WePlate applies users’ feedback to constantly adjust and improve their meal plan.
